Apesar de ser de desenhos animados, este filme trás lições de vida que muita gente precisa de aprender.
Fala sobre feiticeiros, feitiços, valores morais e sobretudo amor.
Pode ser visto por todos os membros da família, uma vez que é extremamente interessante e bastante engraçado.
Howl é um jovem feiticeiro, muito infantil,que tem um feitiço que não consegue quebrar. Conhece uma rapariga que também tem um feitiço, mas é muito boa pessoa, apesar de não se preocupar com o exterior. Ela apaixona-se por ele, mas será que o feitiço que a aprisiona será mais forte que o amor que os une?
